Mindful Drawing. Cambridge. 26th February.
Unlocking Creativity & Calm.
Creativity is good for the mind and the soul. Come join me for a evening of creativity and calm (7pm-9.30pm). It will be an opportunity to learn a selection of techniques that will enable you to create mindful drawings whenever you need a little calm.
Hosted in my own home (Little Shelford), this intimate session (max 7 people) will be a wonderful way to meet new people and share in a creative experience, without any fear of judgement.
I will teach the base techniques, patterns and methods and guide you through the session, and hopefully you’ll leave feeling calm, creatively fulfilled and armed with a new skill.

Mindful drawing is an atelic activity, something that doesn’t derive it’s value from the outcome but the joy of doing it. It focuses on patterns, lines, shapes and colours, but there are no rules, it’s a simple form of creative expression.
Mindful drawing is a fantastic way to bring calm and peace through creativity while sharing the experience with others in a relaxing environment.
It is not a paint by numbers exercise, everyone ends up with their own unique piece that is not comparable to anyone else's.
