Orders typically take 3-4 workings days to be processed and shipped (this does not include shipping time), for UK orders we recommend allowing a 7 working days as a guide for receipt of product. Custom and commissioned pieces are made to order and development, creation and shipping time will be discussed during the consultation process.

If you need to make an alteration to an address after placing the order please email sanna@sannaflorence.com as soon as possible. If the item has not yet been shipped we will do our best to accommodate, however once shipped we cannot reroute an item.
For international shipping please note these may be subject to import and customs fees, over which we have no control.
The recipient of the order is responsible for any additional charges incurred during customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the exact amount or nature of these charges, as they are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country.
Additionally, we cannot be held accountable for customs or transit delays, as these factors are beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure prompt shipping and delivery, external circumstances such as customs processing times may impact the final delivery date.
